Beco Insect Treats with Apple & Chia Seeds 1 x 70g
Tried and tested grub by our canine colleagues, these biscuits passed with flying colours. Insects are hypoallergenic with a low carbon footprint when compared to other sources of meat protein. What’s more, they’re a source of digestible protein that dogs love to snuffle up, nature at its best. We’ve added a few extra ingredients; apple, chai seeds and parsley to make these treats even more irresistible. Pocket-sized and compostable packaging approved, ready to grab-and-go.
Ingredients: Oat Flour, Vegetable Glycerine, Rye Flour, Dried Insect 8%, Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil, Dried Apple (2%), Parsley (1%), Chia Seeds (1%), Minerals.
Analytical Constituents: Crude Protein - 10.37%, Crude Oils - 11.67%, Crude Fibre - 2.6%, Inorganic Matter - 2.12%, Moisture - 18%
A dog’s carbon footprint can be twice as big as a
4x4 car.
And for a nation full of dog-lovers, that isn’t easy to hear. But there are ways to reduce your dog’s 4x4 environmental impact, making it more like an electric car (or even a push bike).
Why do pets have an environmental impact?
Their meat-based diets need land, energy and use a lot of water. And once you add their toys, grooming products and abundance of accessories, there’s quite a large environmental cost.
